Run 5 min Round House Kick 10x Horse Stance 1 min
Front Stretch Kick 10 x Side Thurst 10x Bow Stance 1 min
Side Stretch Kick 10x  Spinning Heel Hook 10x Cross Stance 1 min
Rear Stretch Kicks 10x Cresent to side snap kick 10x Drop Stance 1 minute

For this workout you only need to do each round 1 time.  Make sure you focus on going really deep in the stances and maintain perfect form.
