Jumping Jacks 2 min Jab, Cross, Round House, Front Thrust Kick 10x  Crunches 50x
Dumbbell Curls 10x Dumbbell Squats 10x Bicycles 50x
Overhead press 10x Side Lunges with Dumbbell 10x V ups 25x
Front Deltiod Raises 10x Deep Horse Stance 2 min Hip Raises 25x

Perform each round all the way through resting 60 seconds in between rounds. Do 3 sets of each round.
