Thursday Morning Workout January 17th, 2019

Hey everyone! Our technical issues are over and we are back. Sorry for the break. We will get back to posting workout immediately and should have some new material for you soon. To start your morning off right try the workout below.

Run 5 min Front Rising Kick 10x Horse Stance 1 minute
40 Twisting crunches Rear Stretch Kick 10x Bow Stance 1 minute
40 Crunches Side Rising Kick 10x Cat Stance 1 minute
40 Bicycles Rear Stretch on wall 10x Drop Stance 1 minute

For this workout you only need to do each round 1 time.  Make sure you focus on going really deep in the stances and maintain perfect form.
