Wide Jumps 10x Jumping Snap Kick 10x Handstand 20 sec
Jump side to side 10x Jumping Side Snap Kicks 10x Hand Stand Push Ups 10x

For this workout, go through a whole round and then rest 1 minute. Do 2 sets of each round.
