Jumping Jacks 1 min Explosive Squats 10x Plank 20 sec
100 Crunches Flying Side Thurst 10x Handstand 20 sec
100 Bicycles Cartwheels 10x Hand Stand Push Ups 10x

For this workout, go through a whole round and then rest 1 minute. Do 2 sets of each round.
