Dumbbell Lunges 10x

Dumbbell Step Ups 10x

Dumbbell Squats 10x

Dumbbell Side Lunges 10x

Slide your legs into a resistance band and do the following:

Front Stretch Kicks 10x

Side Stretch Kicks 10x

Rear Stretch Kicks 10x

Do 3 Sets of each.
