40 V Ups Rear Stretch Kick 10x Bow Stance 1 min
50 Crunches Side Rising Kick 10x Cross Stance 1 min
25 Jumping Jacks Front Stretch on wall 10x Drop Stance 1 min

Try to push yourself and run through this drill twice this morning. It’s a great way to get your day started.
