Heel Raises 10x Elevated Push Ups 10x V Hold 20 sec
Side Lunges 10x Tucked L sit 10s Handstand 20 sec
Bolgarian Split Squat 10x Plank 30s Superman 10x

For this workout, only do the Jumping Jacks for the warm up. Drop the Jumping Jacks after the first time it is done. Do each round then rest 1 minute, for 3 sets total.
