20 Bicycles | 10 Box Jumps | Bow Stance 30 seconds |
10 Wall Walks | Step Up High Knee 10x | Cat Stance 30 seconds |
30s Handstand | Squat Side Thurst 10x | Drop Stance 30 seconds |
For this workout, Warm up with the 5 minute run. That will be the only time you use that exercise. Finish out the round, rest 1 minute, then repeat that round. Finish each round 3 times before moving on, This way you get the rounds of upper body work, 3 rounds of lower body, and 3 rounds to work on perfecting stance. Make sure to keep the abs contracted throughout the stances to help work muscle throughout more of the body.
